Directions:

Starting from the Town of Jackson, Wyoming, head southwest on United States Highway 189 (US-189) for about 13 miles. At the roundabout in Hoback Junction, take the second exit to proceed on US-189 East (US-191 E) for 11 miles, then make a left turn on Granite Creek Road (Forest Road 30500), continue on this road for 1 mile then it changes name to Granite Road, follow this road for 7 miles, you will finish at Granite Creek Campground on the right.

Approximate travel details from the Town of Jackson, Wyoming: 33 miles, 48 minutes.

 

Granite Creek Campground offers the following facilities and amenities:

  • Water hydrants
  • Vault toilets
  • Trash bins
  • Tent campsite
  • Camping trailer
  • Picnic tables
  • Parking space
  • Storage boxes

 

Cost Details:

  • $20/Night for a single unit, 51 sites.  $10 fee for extra 2nd vehicle, no more than 2 vehicles/ site
  • No reservations for this campground.

 

Notes:

  • The campground will have water turned off, bathrooms locked, and no more trash service after the closure date.  However, the gate will not be closed on the smaller upper loop, and the campground can still be used for no fee when all amenities are turned off.  If any amenities are left on, fees will still be collected.  Check the Kiosk at the campground for more information.
