The trails at Memory Lane Vacations are right outside our front door so that you can ride your snowmobile, horse, or ATV! They have snowmobile trails, ski trails, ATV trails, and horseback trails. Relax after a day of hiking in the mountains or on the trails in the hot tub when you return. They provide cozy accommodations with beautiful views. You are welcome to bring your dog along as well! All the comforts of home are provided in their fully furnished Studio. Come and stay with them in their Cozy Country Mobile Home with a washer and dryer, deck, and plenty of privacy on the edge of their camping meadow.
They are located only one mile from the Ellis River Riders showgrounds, where there is always something happening. Perhaps you would like to stay over for a special event! It is about a mile from Andover village as well as near the Lovejoy Covered Bridge. They are conveniently located near three great ski resorts, which keeps them busy throughout the winter months.
The mobile home at Memory Lane Vacations is housed in a barn with four stalls. The 40-foot deck overlooks four large electric-fenced paddocks, all of which have access to water and electricity. It is a great deal if you can get a group together. The Four Season Accommodations specialized in trail riding and "get away" vacations. The Memory Lane Vacations facility is pet friendly. This is a great option for families or groups looking for economical accommodations.

Cozy Country Mobile Home
If you are looking for more privacy, our lovely little two-bedroom mobile home is the perfect fit for you. This is an ideal rental for two couples or a small family. This property is situated on a private, secluded country lot at the end of our farmland. Their outdoor amenities include a picnic table, a fire ring, and private parking, just like their studio. A large deck provides a beautiful view of the farm. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that will make you feel right at home. Moreover, there is a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a microwave, a SPECTRUM TV, and a free high-speed internet connection.
A four-stall barn and four large electric-fenced paddocks are available for horseback vacations.
The Studio
They offer a fully furnished studio that can accommodate up to seven guests and is a perfect choice for families and groups of friends. There is a private entrance, parking, two decks, a gas grill, a hot tub, a picnic table, and a fireplace available outside. On the inside, they have air conditioning, DirecTV, free high-speed Internet access, a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as all linens and towels. It is a wonderful getaway!
If you have your own horse, you may enjoy trail riding, playing in the Ellis River, or simply relaxing in the round pen.
Policies:
- Stay for a minimum of two nights.
- A total fee will be charged for the number of people on the reservation at the time of booking.
- Studio and Cozy Country Home have the same price structure.
- Reservations require a deposit of 35%.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations unless a replacement is found.
- The studio, mobile home, and/or camper will be subject to a 9% sales tax.
- The deposit is not refundable.
They require all horses at Memory Lane Vacations to be immunized:
- Neg. Coggins Rest (Maine / 3 yrs ~ out-of-state 12 months)
Cost Details:
It includes all linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, a bath, Direct TV, air conditioning, a deck, and a hot tub as well. Private entrance.

Two rough campsites that only have electric hookups.
- Must be fully self-contained campers as there are no bathrooms available for campers. - $20.00 per campsite per night [2 people per site] and $5.00 for each additional person.
- Tents are only allowed in addition to self-contained campers or studio rentals.
Electric Fence Paddocks
Maximum 2 horses in each

- $10.00 per horse per night (if camping on-site)
- $10/night for well-mannered dogs.
- When available, horse box stalls are $25.00 per night
