At Tombstone Livery Stable, we extend a warm welcome to all riders who have brought their trusty steeds along for a dream vacation. Please note that we do not rent horses or offer guided trail rides; instead, we cater to those who have their own horses and are seeking a memorable riding experience in the heart of the Wild West.
Ride the Trails of the Old West
Once you've checked your horses into our well-equipped livery, it's time to embark on a riding adventure. Our campsite offers a range of accommodations, from cozy rooms to RV spots and primitive camping areas, ensuring a comfortable stay for every cowboy and cowgirl.
The trails around Tombstone Livery Stable are sure to suit the fancy of all sorts of riders. You can saddle up and explore the washes or venture to the San Pedro River, about 5 miles away. Along the river lies the ghost town of Fairbanks, once the destination for the rich silver ore mined in Tombstone. From Fairbanks, you can ride north to the Presidio, an old Spanish Fort dating back to around 1775. Immerse yourself in the region's rich history as you traverse the scenic landscapes of the Old West. Just remember, we do not rent horses or offer guided trail rides, so be sure to bring your trusty companion along.
Authentic Western Accommodations
At Tombstone Livery Stable & RV Park, we offer an authentic Western experience through our accommodations. Experience the nostalgia of the Old West in our two charming rooms available for rent by the day, week, or month. The Bunkhouse provides a private bath, a comfortable bed, a microwave, and a TV (DVDs only), while the Hideout Room offers a cozy bed and a TV with DVDs, with a shared bath just a short walk away.
For RV enthusiasts, we have 12 pull-thru RV spots and multiple primitive (dry) camping spots. Our RV spots offer 50 amp plug-ins, water, and sewer hook-ups for added convenience during your stay.
Stalls & Arena for Your Trusty Steeds
At Tombstone Livery Stable, we understand that your horses are as important as family, which is why we offer 40 spacious stalls, each measuring a minimum of 12' x 12'. Additionally, there are 7 more stalls available in the primitive camping area. While not all stalls have cover, our team led by Cowboy Doug is always ready to accommodate your horse's needs, so please let us know your requirements when making reservations.

Directions:
From Tucson on 10: Take exit 303, which turns into rt 80, go thru Benson and St. David, and continue approx. 15 mi. to the intersection of Highway 82, 2 miles north of Tombstone)
Turn RIGHT on 82 directly across from the checkpoint (west towards Nogales) 3) Go ONLY 1/4 mi..... Then turn LEFT into our Driveway
From New Mexico on 10: Take exit 304, turn Left, and go to the stoplight. turn LEFT at the stoplight (rt 80) (Safeway shopping center)
Go thru Benson and St. David and continue 15 miles
