Looking for a travel stop while traveling through Iowa, we are 20 minutes East of I-35 at Osceola, 20 minutes South of Indianola, and right on Hwy 65. Stop by with your camper or LQ and horses and stay the night with us. Our facilities are open year-round.

- 30 Amp Standard Campsite (30amp electric + water) | $20/night
- 30 Amp Overflow Campsite (30amp electric + water or 30amp electric only) | $20/night
- Tent Camping Site (110v Electric) | $15/night
- Remote Cabin Rental | $75+/Night
- Outdoor 12x12 Pipe | $15 /Night Per Horse
- Outdoor Paddock Pen | $15/Night Per Horse
- Indoor 12x12 Matted Stalls w/ Auto Water + 1 bag Sawdust | $25/Night per Horse
Policies:
- All visitors and guests must sign a waiver before unloading.
- Health papers & Coggins required for out-of-state equine.
- Please pick up and remove all your trash and horse or dog manure!!!
- Do NOT burn trash in fire rings. All trash goes in bags!
- Deposit equal to first night's stay required effective 1/1/2022.
