Newly renovated in 2020, this charming retreat sleeps up to four guests and features all the amenities of a larger home within a compact, inviting space. The Cottage at Dream Acres is situated with its own private drive on our 8-acre working horse farm located near Florence SC at the I-20/ I-95 corridor, 5 mins off the highway. We are the 1/2 way point between NY & FL.

Notes:
- 4 guests maximum, 2 cars maximum - no visitors as our space is limited. No U- hauls. Please message ahead of time to accommodate anything outside our house rules.
- Pets are welcome! 2 pets maximum. Pet Fee is $25. Trash bags and a waste can are provided just outside near the cottage patio.
- All Dogs MUST REMAIN ON A LEASH at all times. We have extra leashes and a run/tie-off for the tree near the cottage. Our barn cats and chickens are free range and they will come near the cottage, we do not want any accidents so your pets must remain on a leash at all times!
- Please Inquire about our Horse Hotel options. Horse board for travel layovers is an option. We have accommodations for up to 4 horses including hookups, a round pen, coastal hay, a paddock for turnout, an outdoor riding arena, and stalls.
