Bear Creek Horse Camp offers the following facilities and amenities:
- Four main loop trails totaling about 45 miles that travel through forests and creeks
- Camp is primitive
- Vault toilet
- 3 hitching rails
- Nearby creek for stock water – dries up in summer
- Trails are marked with yellow blazes
- Trails are multi-use
Horse Riding
Strayhorse is the trailhead for two major trails: Highline Trail #47 follows the bottom of the Mogollon Rim and Raspberry Trail #35 provides access to the Blue Range Primitive Area.
