The campground is equipped with toilets, tables, and parking facilities. The largest parking spur is 12' x 40', and the campground road is not suitable for vehicles longer than 40ft.

This feature makes it easy for horseback riders to hit the trail and explore the surrounding area. The campground also features designated horse trails that provide access to some of the most picturesque scenery in Montana.
It's important to note that the availability of the campground may be weather-dependent. Also, because the site is managed on a first-come, first-served basis, it's necessary to arrive in the early afternoon to ensure there is space available for the night. During the summer months, especially on weekends and holidays, the campground may fill up quickly.
