The Shirley Creek Horsecamp boasts an offering of essential amenities including hitching racks, pit toilets, and water for livestock. Soft tent camping is available, making it a perfect spot for horseback riders to spend the night before starting off on a lengthy and memorable trail ride.

The campground is designed for horse camping, however, any National Forest visitor is welcome to camp. There is no use fee for this site. Day-use parking is also available for free at the campground. Water is available for livestock but not tested as safe for human consumption.
