Overnight Boarding: 5 stalls; 4 are 10' x 12' and one is 8' x 12'. A 50' x 60' foot turn out is connected to stall 5 which is a 10' x 12' stall, which is close to the RV hookup. A 9 acre pasture is also available for for exercise and grazing for $10 extra fee. Trailer parking, and RV hook up for 30 amp service, water and round pen. Newly upgraded facility. Safe, barbless wire fencing in the turnout. Soon to be barbless in the pasture. Coggins and health papers available upon arrival. Gorgeous and quiet area. Owner lives on site.
