Established in 1989 Sitter Downs Horse Boarding and Arena is located 40 min south east of Kansas City. 130 acres of cross fenced pastures with a rotational grazing program for our mixed herd of mares and geldings.

We are just aross the road from Blue & Gray Equestrian Park, 1700+ acres of equine trails.

12 miles from Lee’s Summit, MO off of 50 Hwy.

15 min south of I-70.

40 min southeast from Kansas City, Missouri.

Monthly Board: $250.00/horse

(NO discounts for multiple horses.)

• LED Lighted Indoor Arena, 80x150. Treated for dust.

• Pastures well maintained with fertilizer and weed control.
