35 Acres of pasture, woods, ponds (for our swimming horses), and two creeks for your enjoyment. Two barns; stalls being 12' x12' or 12' x10' (5 stall have auto waterers and private 15' x 24' fenced pens). Two Wash bays and a Tack room- which includes saddle stands for our riders, as well as bridle and blanket hooks and mini refrigerator. Plenty of parking for trailers or RVS. Two outdoor riding arena's with lights for our night riders. One dirt arena and one grass arena. Barrels for our western rider. Jumps to accommodate our English rider. Acres of trail riding on our property. Two round pens for exercising. Cross ties through out the property. Water tanks that are kept clean and full. Each of our horses are fed twice daily. If provided, in cold winter months we will blanket the horses as well as fly sheet them in those hot summer months.
