The dedicated Equestrian Area within Riverside State Park covers 500 acres and includes nine miles of trails exclusively for horses and hikers. These trails seamlessly connect to the park's larger network of mixed-use trails, ensuring that equestrians have plenty of space to roam. The Equestrian Area is equipped with a variety of amenities, including an obstacle course, a 60-foot round pen, and an arena with an announcer stand. This arena can be reserved from May 1 to October 15 for groups of 25 people or less, making it ideal for small equestrian events.
