This is a fun & handy little trail with great views along the way and a nice little lake at the top. There are a handful of primitive campsites along the creek which include high lines, a fire ring and room to park a smaller trailer (20’ max). There are also hitching rails at the parking lot for day use riders and pipe corrals for those that are camping who don’t wish to use the high lines. These sites, corrals etc are first come first served and maintained by local volunteers so please help us keep things in good shape. As mentioned by another rider, you can make a loop out of the Middle Frisco and West Frisco trails but West Frisco is also designated for use by dirtbikes, mountain bikes, ATV’s etc and is not maintained specifically for horse use like Middle Frisco is.
