The Pecos Baldy Lake horse trail offers a variety of terrain with mostly easy trails and some technical. The lake is a great place to take a break and also let your horse rest. The views throughout the trail are amazing. There is a separate hiking and equestrian trail to get up the mountain - the horse trail is off the back end / south of the camp, near the cattle pens.
